You might take a long hard look in the mirror and ask yourself whether this type of writing is constructive and leads to a better outcome for anyone. I do not think it's accidental that you capitalize the word, 'Black' when referring to Black people, but use lowercase when you describe White people even though the term 'white' refers to a color and 'White' refers to a race. As long as you continue to spread hate toward a specific race, we will continue to be divided. As long as you use pejorative terms when describing a race versus a race that you are attempting to uphold above others, we will have division. But by all means, keep producing this propaganda so that you will have a job, as it seems to me that you likely make quite a living inciting hatred. Damn the consequences of your actions. After all, you're not responsible for the actions of others who might read your article and feel that it's okay to inflict violence on others because some White guy told them it was okay. You are being completely irresponsible in blanketly blaming White society. If you want change, that begins with equality, not making villains out of one race of people. You are part of the problem; not part of the solution.
