Where did you take your quotes from? It wasn't from me. But while we're on the subject...people who purposely misunderstand what others are trying to say make things worse for all of us. At best, misinformation incites the less inclined into a frenzy based on inaccuracies and half truths. Consider for a minute your contribution to society when someone like yourself, who is supposed to hold yourself to a higher standard because of your educated and privileged position in society, attempts to misconstrue someone's words who actually want to help the cause you yourself claim to be fighting for. How does that help you? How does that move us all forward toward something more socially responsible? How does that increase the quality of life for us all? You work in a broken system that perpetuates injustice even as it claims to promote justice, yet you are here, not just misquoting and misconstruing everything I said, but flatly making up quotes and attributing them to me. You are not making society better. I don't believe that's what you want at all. You are mad. You want a fight. You want someone to pay for all the bad things that have happened to you. I get it. I've had bad things happen too. But being downright deceitful is not the way forward. It won't bring us together. It won't create a society that is better. It will continue to erode our trust and perpetuate our fears which leads to even greater division. Think about the things you say and the people that will believe you because of your credentials and realize that you have a higher responsibility than what you are displaying in this forum. Be better. Not for me. Not for "white people." For your daughter.
