When you say something so broad as whiteboarding is 'easy', I really doubt you know what you're talking about. What's easy? System engineering, software engineering, network systems, use case diagrams...what? To say it's all 'easy' is intellectually dishonest and most likely one of the reasons you feel so frustrated and call people racist for not hiring you.
